The commercial punching bag rack station is a group training boxing station rig that supports up to 26 punching bags, water punching bars or heavy boxing bags. Suitable for a studio that does not have access to load-bearing walls or ceiling, the rack is floor mounted. Our solution is a strong, floor-mounted, out-of-the-box package to keep up with your class size.

Punching bags are attached to the rack via included exchange hooks - an essential part of any commercial boxing station. The exchange hook is a replaceable part, and takes the wear and tear load away from the main structure of the rack. This means that over time, instead of needing to replace the entire structure, you only need to replace the exchange hook, saving you thousands of dollars in a commercial environment.

Compatible with all styles and types of punching bags - we can supply any bag to compliment your rack, or mix and match bag types to create a station with versatile training options. Water Punching bags, Heavy Punching bags, Short Punching bags, teardrop punching bags are all options that can be installed on the rack.
