The peanut shape will never compress or deform over time. The unique triangle grid surface both aids in the compression / massage of the muscles but also provides additional comfort as it allows the surface of the roller to conform to your body. A firm design provides an easy to use, deep tissue massage. Can be used for effective release of spine and myofascial massage of your back, legs, arm and neck.

For a deep massage, place the roller on the ground lay your back, legs or arms over the roller and allow the roller to roll across the affected area in a back and forth motion. For a medium massage, position the roller against a solid wall and lean your body against the roller, adding the same back and forth rolling motion to massage and release.
