The SMAI Vanta Smith Machine Insert is an add on for the SMAI Vanta Power Rack system. Install into a power rack to provide safety to a user to build technique and confidence in weightlifting. 

The Vanta Smith Machine Insert requires either a Power Rack or Half Power rack. The Smith Machine may also be installed on Vanta Utility Beams as part of a Power Rack. 

What is the purpose of a Smith Machine?

The Smith machine is a versatile piece of gym equipment designed to increase safety and efficiency during weightlifting exercises.
