The SMAI Strength Endurance System is a training unit that improves balance, agility and coordination. Similar to the SMAI Gravity Training System, this unit can be anchored to a safety point at the gym or used at home with the door anchor.

With easily adjustable straps with one way safety buckles, this is a functional piece of fitness equipment. The handle grips can be adjusted to accommodate for hand or feet exercises.

Door Mount

The SES is supplied with a black carabiner - this will allow you to anchor the strap on the other side of the door. The fabric can then be used underneath the black anchor or silver pulley system to avoid scratching your door.

Please note however the direction of your door - you should be training against the jam of the door. (Say for example your door swings inwards into your bedroom, you will need to train on the outside of your bedroom, so the door doesn't accidentally swing and hit you.) This will also rely on the sturdiness of your door.

The Strength Endurance System has the option to disengage the locking pin which holds the handles in a level position. This gives you the opportunity to work in an Iso-Lateral manner using both sides independently with the pulley system. This is in contrast to the Gravity Training System which only allows you to work both sides of your body at the same time.

This can be mounted to a wall or ceiling. It must be installed on a stud to ensure it is secure. We suggest installing it at a height between 2m-2.7m. The straps are adjustable so you can adjust the length according to your mounted position and user height. Allow at least 1m around the mounting point to complete exercises.
